It is a monolingual course written in English; the terminology is explained in English. The chapters are selfcontained units so that you can either develop your own preference for sequence and study the chapters separately or you can study the chapters chronologically. However, there is an inner structure which deals with the following topics: markets, the various sectors of industry and commerce, types of business organisation, traders, middlemen (agents), advertising, transport, packaging and marking; shipping documents, INCO-Terms, modes and means of payment, taxes and customs duties, stock exchange, insurance concepts and types of policies, national and international organisations and institutions, international trading agreements, union-management relations, balance of trade, balance of payment.
